Connect has worked with the Thorofare team to design email campaigns, develop their lists, and set up a dedicated IP along with subscription settings.
Thorofare was partnering with a national brokerage firm to market a property that had a loan that was going into foreclosure. The client was working with a special servicer and needed to demonstrate and provide proof that the property had been marketed.
Connect sent out a dedicated email with a notice in regards to the property to a targeted list of owners, developers, investors and brokers from Connect’s national database, with the inclusion of the client’s database as well.
The email achieved a 45% open rate, generating nearly 40,000 unique leads for the client.
