Cox Castle & Nicholson, a national real estate law firm, was looking to host their 50th Anniversary party. Connect served as a white label event production agency, handling all event details, from guest list, event design, video recap, and much more. The event was a great success, attended by both the firm and clients.
Event Details
At the onset, a budget was created and Connect worked to secure the Porsche Experience Center as the venue – both a high-end venue, but also something that was near and dear to the firm, as they completed much of the legal work for the development. Negotiations for food and beverage packages, as well as digital experiences and car rides with professional drivers were arranged.
All collateral and gifts were organized by Connect in line with the 50th anniversary theme and budget guidelines.
Invites were designed and purchased by Connect and ample follow up was conducted to make sure that clients were present at the celebrations.
Throughout the pre-event process, Connect met with the client to update on progress, confirm decision points and review timelines. Remarks were created for leadership and the event and Connect worked with the firm to write and create remarks and the show flow.
A Successful Event
Audio visual and video needs were handled by the Connect team including the organization, set-up and onsite execution.
The full onsite experience was also run by the Connect team, which consisted of registration, set-up/tear-down, location and vendor coordination, speaker coordination, run of show tracking, guest experience and AV/video.
